We hope you're feeling strong and energized — because we've got some exciting updates to share with you this month!
⚙️ EQUIPMENT UPDATES
I'm investing in some exciting additions to the floor — a motorized slat treadmill is on the way, which I hope to receive in the coming weeks. The XPT Slat Belt Treadmill offers a unique and dynamic workout experience that is forgiving on joints, promotes better running form, and caters to all fitness levels. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or a beginner looking to achieve your fitness goals, the XPT Slat Belt Treadmill provides a safe and efficient way to improve cardiovascular health and enhance overall fitness. New accessory devices are on the way, and as you may be aware the third studio space will be available for use in the beginning of July. While this room will offer classes (more to follow on that), the additional space will house pull up bars, gymnastics rings, and other accessories in a bright, open space where you can train hard and move freely.
🏋️ NEW CLASSES & PROGRAMS
Classes across a series of instructors are in the works, and will cover a range of themes, from strength, conditioning, and mobility, to dance and sport specifics. I, along with the other instructors, hope to have a schedule planned for this summer.
🏆 UPCOMING EVENTS & CHALLENGES
Allison, my wife, will be hosting another meditation in the gym as a way to bless the new group space. For any of you who may have missed the first meditation, this was a lovely morning of mindfulness that left attendees feeling centered, peaceful, and full of gratitude. Please check back for more information a date once it is confirmed!
Other events are being planned as well - from community tactical training sessions to wellness/longevity centered clinics. More information will follow as these are assembled.
